Bourouissa’s work focuses on rituals of friendship, an exploration of alterity and the role images play in channels of distribution, investigations into the politics of representation and subjectivity. This edition is connected to Bourouissa’s multi-faceted project Si Di Kubi—exhibitions, concerts, and albums created in collaboration with musicians, photographers, and artists, focusing on themes correlating to language, gentrification, and economy.
